Please read this carefully prior to purchasing Bioceutical Products.
By filling out the order, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out by paypal and those listed below.
Once we have processed and posted your order, you will not be able cancel the order.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you have experienced any difficulties or errors in the order. We generally will be able to cancel the order within 24 hours of ordering.
You have the choice of receiving a product credit for the amount you have paid or a refund via paypal to your nominated credit card. Alternatively, a cheque will be issued to the name on the order form.
If we have posted your order, we do apologize for not being able to cancel your order. We hope that in doing so, we are offering clients a fast turnover especially in this health care and beauty industry.
If you wish to add another item to the order and you may do so, as long as your order has not been processed and posted. No further postage or handling fees apply.
If the order has be posted, there will be a postage and handling fee charged to the later order.
Refund policy (in compliance with Consumer Affairs Victoria)
You are entitled to choose a refund or exchange or store credit if the products you have bought are:
- faulty
- significantly different to those shown or described to you.
When you make a purchase, please choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale.
Please always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your product due to damages incurred during transport, please contact us within five (5) working days from the day you receive it. We will send you a product return form, please fill in the reasons for the refund and return the damaged product. We will refund the full price of products and returned postage fees, but excluding the initial order shipping and handling fee.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery time frame usually up to 7-10 days with Australian Post, longer if more bulky items. We cannot guarantee the delivery times as this is beyond our control. We will generally do registered mail as we can track the order for you.
Please note that there are circumstances beyond our control. We, Bioceuticals and paypal will NOT BE responsible for:
- Errors in choosing products
- Errors in choosing products due to interruption to electricity or internet service provider.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery
- Change of mind of the selected prodcuts
- Adverse reactions in relation to the direct, indirect, misunderstanding, mishandling and misuse of the products
