· By filling this order form, you agree to the

· If we have not posted your order, you will be
able to cancel the order. Please
notify us as soon as possible via email: drlouis1@drlouisayim.com . Generally, we will be able to cancel
the order within 24 hours of ordering. You have a choice of receiving a product credit for the amount you have
paid, of which, you may use this credit on future purchases. Alternatively, a cheque issued to
the name on the order form.
· IF we have posted your order, you will not be
able to cancel it. We do apologise
for any inconvenience. We hope
that in doing so, we are offering clients a fast turnover especially in this
health care and beauty industry.
· If you wish to add another item to the order
and you may do so as long as your order has not been posted. No further postage or handling fee applies.
· If the order has been posted, there will be a
postage and handling fee charged on the later order.
Refund policy
(in compliance with Consumer Affairs Victoria)
You are entitled to choose a refund or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
- faulty
- significantly different to those shown or described to you
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale.
Please always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
· If you are not satisfied with your product due
to damages incurred during transport, please contact us within five (5) working days from the day you
receive it. We will send you a
form, please fill in the reasons for refund. We will refund the full price of the products excluding shipping and handling
fees.
· Shipping and handling fee of $10 applies to
each order.
· Business days exclude weekends and public
holidays.
· Delivery time frame usually up to 7 days with
Australian Post, longer if more bulky items. We cannot guarantee the delivery times as this is beyond our
control.
· PLEASE NOTE that there are circumstances beyond
our control. We WILL NOT be
responsible for:
o Errors in choosing the products
o Damage to the products arising after delivery
o Change of mind of the selected products
o Adverse reactions to the product(s): skin
allergies or irritation, adverse reactions due to misunderstanding how to use
the product, mishandling or misuse.
