This is a journal of my culinary adventures whilst traveling and dining at various locations across the country.
I have
started to compile a list of restaurants and photos of their signature
dishes.
Unlike the Masterchef Australia ©, I am not a food
critic but certainly do
share a passion in Good food, Good life and Good
health.
Happy
reading!

Truly an enjoyable coffee experience!
Saturday morning is so busy with customers buzzing in and out. The
unique fitness studio with pilates time table is located within the
same complex.
A delightful meeting up place and extremely friendly staff.
The cappuccino is so rich, creamy, full of texture with a hint of
golden sweet bitterness at the end of each mouthful. Together with the
organic raw sugar from Columbia - was an Ultimate coffee experience.

I walked passed the cafe and the coffee aroma has captured me to the
point that I stopped, and walked backwards into the shop!
I was there on
a Thursday shortly after 1 pm. The cafe was not busy and the staff was
really friendly.
I thought this was just another cafe so I ordered my usual cap on the go.
The cap was very flavorsome with rich nutty flavor.
I spent some time chatting to the barista and asked him about the
beans.
He recommended me to try the Obama beans after I told him that I
liked a rich, sweet and chocolate aroma.
I was very happy with the coffee and the service!
206 Canterbury Road, Canterbury VIC 3126
Just 1 minute walk from Antiaging head-office! I think the Barista wanted to make a heart-shaped latte art, or the barista was on holidays... Their coffee art is usually more artistic than this!
Superior House blend - cappuccino - Sweet & chocolate rich flavour!
Great service, fantastic breakfast, good range of roasted coffee beans -
can make your own expresso at home!
Great place for brekky before work!!
114 Berkeley St, Carlton VIC 3053
Even using the GPS, we were not able to locate this cafe!!
It was like
a scene from Harry Potter Diagon Alley - don't let the iron bar windows
and large wooden door deceive you!
I only found it by chance when a
large group of people came out from a tiny entrance!
There were no signs! Inside was a huge high ceiling warehouse!
I was so
impressed by the design where you can park/ hang your bike in the wall
- inside the cafe!
My coffee was excellent- nicely done with coffee art! Right temperature
and rich aroma!
Staff are always friendly! Will go back for more!!

Absolutely delicious three-course dinner with ...
Entrees: Linguini with blue swimmer crab and the seafood tapas were definitely to die for!!
Mains: Roast duck of the left was so tender and juicy
Angus tenderloin of beef was yummy too.
Dessert: chocolate creme brulee with cinnamon icecream to finish off.
Amazing food!!!
Their menu changes from time to time so, don't forget to re-visit!

6-12 Pin Oak Crescent
Flemington VIC 3031
Opposite to NewMarket Train station
A recently renovated restaurant specializing in Malaysian Chinese Cuisine located in Flemington. We don't eat a lot of Laksa due to its high coconut milk content but once a while, I love to enjoy the best Laksa in town. We had the Fish Fillet Laksa - probably the best I have ever tasted. The soup looks authentic, best of all, it tastes great without the overly powering coconut milk. It is creamy but very light. It makes me what to eat more.
Highly recommending the Fish Fillet Laksa noodle soup, Har Mee and Roast Chicken Rice.
And wash it down with Iced grass jelly drink or Iced Lycee drink!
