A recently renovated restaurant specializing in Malaysian Chinese Cuisine located in Flemington. We don't eat a lot of Laksa due to its high coconut milk content but once a while, I love to enjoy the best Laksa in town. We had the Fish Fillet Laksa - probably the best I have ever tasted. The soup looks authentic, best of all, it tastes great without the overly powering coconut milk. It is creamy but very light. It makes me what to eat more.
Highly recommending the fish fillet laksa noodle soup and roast chicken rice.
And wash it down with Iced grass jelly drink - it might be a bit too "herbal" for some people.
