	2) What is going to happen during the first consultation?   You must be aged 18+ to be able to consent for cosmetic treatment.  For "Consultation Only" is usually 20 minutes unless prior arrangements are made.  If you wish to have a treatment performed on the same day, please allow for 30 minutes for assessment and treatment time.  You will be asked to fill in a pretreatment health questionnaire to ensure that there are no contraindications.    In order to save time, you can fill in the questionnaire  New Client Questionaire   and bring it in on the day of the visit.   Dr Louisa will ask you about your goals and expectations.  She will then perform a facial assessment and discuss with you a treatment plan. With your permission, photographs may be taken for comparison before and after treatments.  Dr Louisa will provide a written post treatment care plan for you.    If you have any questions after the treatment, you can email her directly using the Contact form.  Your questions will be answered promptly.   What if I am pregnant or breast-feeding? As the safety data for the use of the following: - Wrinkle relaxant treatments - Soft Tissue fillers - Lipodissolve PTC - Sclerotherapy injections (Laureth-9)  has NOT been established, it is considered not safe to have these treatments whilst you are planning to fall pregnant, currently pregnant or breast-feeding.
	3) Is there a consultation fee?  Depending on the policy of the clinics, there may be a consultation fee.  Medicare does not cover cosmetic procedures.  However, should the consultation be medically indicated, you may be bulked-billed. Dr Louisa or the receptionist will advise you on the day.
	4) What are your qualifications? 	5) What treatments does Dr Louisa perform?  Dr Louisa is more than happy for her clients to come in for a second opinion or simply for a quote.  She recommends clients to choose their cosmetic doctors or nurses wisely.    The practitioner should be fully insured and qualified to perform certain type of procedures.  He or she must participate in continual professional development and training.  The practitioner should discuss the proposed procedure and to obtain an informed consent from a client.  An informed consent must detail the proposed treatment, possible side effects, the expected outcome and cost for each procedure.  Furthermore, he or she must ensure the client understands the procedure, benefits, risks and post treatment instructions.
